• Straight, accurate cuts in sheet materials (accuracy depends on track placement)

Limitations

• Not suitable for very small pieces of timber
• Not suitable for cross-cutting framing timber
• Not suitable for cutting metal or other materials

• Handle
• Secondary hand grip
• Plunge release
• Trigger (release = off)
• Blade
• Track/rail (Cahoots has ~1.2 m and ~2.4 m tracks)
• Speed control (generally no need to change)
• Depth adjustment

Before you start

• Plan the cut path, body position, and where cord/hose will run
• Ensure the sheet is supported on both sides of the cut
