Induction Agreement

You declare:

The information you have provided [to Cahoots Ltd] is true and complete.
You will be bound by all current and future Cahoots Ltd policies and uphold them both as written and in the spirit of the Cahoots Workshop culture.
You have read and understand the following named policies and your responsibilities under them: Health and Safety, Emergency Procedures, Security, Maintenance, Gender, Culture, Materials, Visitors.
You have been given the opportunity to ask questions and discuss these policies with your inductor.

And that you understand:

Users who breach Cahoots Ltd policies or fail to meet their responsibilities under them may be asked to leave and/or have their membership terminated.
Cahoots Ltd is committed to being accountable for its investigations and any actions taken (and inactions) regarding breaches of these policies.
Cahoots Ltd reserves the right to determine membership and use of the Workshop.
